Random "Stuff"

I know, it has been forever since I updated! School is going well for Eli and Jill. Luke loves his one-on-one Mommy time and so does Mommy. Jamie is finishing up a power plant and Orlando and about to start building a new one in Texas. And me, well, I just run from school, to church, to soccer, to Tae Kwon Do and gymnastics. But I am so thankful that God has blessed me with three beautiful children to take to all these places and He has blessed me with enough energy to get it all done!

Here are a few pictures we made earlier this week. Luke and Jill are enjoying some playtime.

Jill says, "I didn't know this was a laundry basket, I thought it was a boat..."
Luke responds, "It's not a boat, it's a choo choo rain." Mommy is just thankful the baskets are empty which means there is no laundry to be folded!!!
Now, you may be wondering what this random picture is of...well, Tuesday was the Autumn equinox and my older sister informed me that on this particular day your broom would stand up by itself. It had something to do with the rotation of the earth..?? Anyway, we gave it a try and here it is! We left it standing and went to bed. The next morning, it was lying on the floor. Cool stuff, huh?

Happy Birthday to Eli - Double Digits!!!!

Eli has hit the Double Digits, the Big 1- 0!!! I can hardly believe he is a decade old - WOW, he is growing up so fast! And what an amazing young man he is becoming. His dad and I are so very proud of him. He has the kindest heart and a smile that can light up a room. God has truly blessed us through all of our children!

On another note, today was also a big day for Jill. She began 4K today at our church. We have a Mom's Day Out program there and this is Jill's third year to go. She was such a big girl this morning walking in and acting like she owned the place! She didn't hesitate to walk right into her room and begin her "morning work."

Luke is trying to show me that he is two years old - his fingers, however just would not cooperate!

Jill giving little brother a hug before we head out to school.

And off we go....
